What is Man Alive?
Man Alive is the name of our Men's Ministry at Syndal Baptist Church.
We run a number of different events throughout the year which provide an opportunity for men of different ages, cultures and backgrounds to connect, have a laugh, and be encouraged by speakers and content relevant to men.
Anyone is welcome, regardless of faith background, so we hope you can join us (and bring a friend or two) for one of our upcoming events.

Alpha
Alpha is a short 8 week course inviting people to explore questions of faith and life. It's a relaxed and fun way to explore the Christian faith with others who are asking similar questions. The course usually runs in person, but is also occasionally run online. The course is entirely free and all are welcome.

Life Groups
Life Groups are smaller groups of people who meet regularly to share life together and encourage one another in faith.

Central Young Adults
We have a thriving community of Young Adults, aged 18-30ish. The group meet regularly in smaller groups (Life Groups) during the week, but also periodically meet together in the church cafe for dinner and fun.

Fuel Youth
Our Youth Ministry, Fuel, is a great place for High School aged people to connect, have fun, and learn more about Jesus.
They run a variety of different events and smaller group gatherings during the school term, and run a weekend camp once a year.

60+
Our 60+ ministry is a collection of different connection opportunities including the following:
Tuesday Friends, 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month. 10am-11.30am, Church Cafe. Connect over food and drink.
Thursday Friends, 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. 10.30am-12pm. BYO lunch, Church Cafe. Connect over food and drink.
Walking Group, 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 10am. Meet in church carpark.
Seniors worship services, various dates throughout the year, in the East Auditorium.
